Elika Imanaga
Elika graduated with a B.A. in international studies from Fordham University, where her undergraduate thesis focused on a comparative analysis of protest movements in Hong Kong and the United States. During her time there, she was a long term executive for the Humanitarian Student Union and Model United Nations Club which furthered her commitment to civic engagement and free expression. Before joining FIRE, Elika supported the operational and development work of an environmental advocacy organization in Pennsylvania.
When she isn’t working, you might find her hiking, going to jazz shows, or writing somewhere in and around Philly.
