Heather Pincus
Heather joined FIRE as a staff attorney in 2026. She graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was an Ames Moot Court semifinalist and received the Best Oralist award. After law school, Heather served as a clerk to the Honorable Eric E. Murphy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit before practicing as a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. She earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in government from Wesleyan University, where she was president of the mock trial team.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys skiing, reading, following the Mets with unwarranted optimism, and spending time with her dog and two cats.
