When should I report?
When you experience or witness an incident based on identity, that may indicate someone has been stereotyped, excluded, or harmed based on their identity.
This site serves as a communication channel for members of our community to share their experiences with us. Even if you’re not sure if what you witnessed or experienced was bias-related, we still want to hear from you.

What happens next?
The Bias Incident Response Team (BIRT) and University Police simultaneously receive your report. University Police reviews the report for danger to evaluate whether physical harm to an individual may be imminent.
The BIRT, composed of representatives from Campus Life, Academic Affairs, and Diversity & Inclusion, reviews the report and will reach out to you to offer support and learn more about the incident.
