Harmful Behavior
a. Physical harm or threat of physical harm to any person.
b. Harassment: Unwelcome conduct (including written or electronic communication) that is so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it substantially interferes with the ability of a person to work, learn, live or participate in, or benefit from the services, activities, or privileges provided by the university. In no event shall this provision be used to discipline a student for speech protected by the first amendment of the United States. Harassment on the basis of a protected class, as defined by University Policy 40.001: Nondiscrimination in education and employment, will be address through the University Policy 40.001 grievance process.
