Community College of Aurora: Censors launch second investigation into student journalist

On August 31, 2026, after initially being cleared of violating the Community College of Aurora’s unconstitutional prior review policy, student journalist and founder of FoxTalk Andrew Green received another student conduct notice. CCA alleged he abused the conduct process and engaged in deceitful acts during CCA’s initial round of proceedings involving Green and other FoxTalk journalists. Green disputes that he violated these rules, arguing that he only encouraged other student journalists to assert their due process rights. On September 22, FIRE’s Student Press Freedom Initiative urged the Colorado Community College System to immediately end this investigation.
