14. Bullying/Cyberbullying.

Any gesture or written, electronic, or verbal communication, behaviors, or any physical act or any threatening communication that is threatening or intimidating which (1) places a person in actual and reasonable fear of harm to his/her person or damage to his/her property, or (ii) creates a hostile environment by substantially interfering with or impairing a student’s educational performance, opportunities or benefits, or a University student employee’s ability to perform the essential functions of his/her job.
