10. Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome conduct on the basis of sex that is severe or pervasive and objectively offensive, that unreasonably interferes with, limits, or effectively denies an individual’s educational access, benefits, or opportunities. Examples include but are not limited to:

other verbal, nonverbal, or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
