Sex discrimination can be further defined as conduct on the basis of sex or that is sexual in nature that meets one or more of the following definitions:
Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome conduct based on sex determined by a reasonable person to be so severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive that it effectively denies a person equal access to USF’s Education Program or Activity;
