Organized Outdoor Activities
1. Definition:
For the purpose of this guideline, an organized outdoor event is any outdoor activity that establishes formal use of grounds, and/or through the placement of an object, temporary structure, and/or use of amplified sound. 1. Events should be scheduled by the event organizer at least 30 days in advance. Requests received fewer than 10 business days prior to an event are denied due to lack of adequate planning time. Outdoor common areas may be scheduled for the upcoming year 364 days prior to the event.
