All postings and flyers must be approved in advance in accordance with the Division of Student Affairs flyer posting policy. If the poster advertises an upcoming event, please bring the poster to the office at least 5 business days prior to the event. If approved, posters, signs, and other items will be posted by OHRL staff in the lobbies near the elevators in Residence Hall East and West. 2.9.1 Signs and posters that are not approved prior to being posted will be taken down and discarded.
