Harassment 

Unwelcome verbal or physical conduct based on a protected class or perceived protected class that interferes with, denies, or limits an individual’s ability to participate in or benefit from the University’s programs or activities. Hostile Environment Harassing conduct that is sufficiently severe, pervasive, or persistent so as to interfere with or limit the ability of an individual to participate in or benefit from the services, activities, and privileges provided by the University.
