Severe, pervasive and objectively offensive sexual harassment on the basis of sex that constitutes unwelcome conduct determined by a reasonable person to be so severe, pervasive and objectively offensive that it effectively denies a student or employee equal access to the College’s education program or activity (i.e., “hostile environment sexual harassment” for Title IX purposes).
