3.21 Harassment
Unwelcome conduct determined by a reasonable person to be so severe, pervasive or objectively offensive that it effectively denies a person equal access to Michigan Tech’s programs or activities. Harassment does not include constitutionally protected activities or conduct that serves a legitimate purpose.
