Threats or intimidation. All hostile, threatening, or intimidating behavior that, by its very nature, would be interpreted by a reasonable person to threaten or endanger the health, safety, or well-being of another. Examples of such behavior may include, but are not limited to:
- Act(s) that alarms or seriously disrupt another person's ability to participate in any aspect of University life; or
- Any verbal or written communication (direct, indirect, or through a third party) by any method that restricts or denies an individual's access to educational resources, university activities, and universityrelated opportunities.
