Verbal, physical and harassing behaviors are prohibited. Verbal abuse may include threats, intimidation or repeated verbal attacks Physical abuse includes assaulting or attempted assault of another individual. Harassing behavior is the severe or repeated use of a written, verbal, or electronic expression, directed at another individual that has the effect of placing the individual in reasonable fear of harm to the individual and/or the individual’s property; or infringing on the rights of other community members to fully participate in the programs and activities of the College.
