Bullying/Harassment. A student shall not bully or harass any person or group of persons. Bullying is the repetitive, intentional hurting of one person or group by another person or group, where the relationship involves an imbalance of power. Bullying can be physical, verbal, or psychological. It can happen face-to-face or online. Harassment is any unwanted behavior, communication, or conduct that is meant to annoy, threaten, intimidate, or alarm another person. This can encompass a wide range of actions, including verbal, written, or physical interactions. Telephone harassment, texting, email, computer or online social media harassment are included under this policy, as are all other forms of bullying and harassment.
