GUARANTEEING UNIVERSITY ACADEMIC RIGHTS AND DISCOURSE  (GUARD) ACT

The GUARD Act draws on decades of First Amendment case law to ensure faculty at public colleges and universities can exercise their academic freedom and private speech rights without fear of state discipline.
