More than three months after rejecting a pro-Israel club’s recognition, yesterday Duke University’s student senate unanimously approved Students Supporting Israel as an official campus club.
Much of the media attention surrounding former vice president Mike Pence’s appearance at Stanford University focused on the content of his speech, but it was a long road to have Pence speak on campus in the first place.
