The "Project Inputs" dialog box is also accessed through the File > New Project command. Detailed instructions are found there.
The "Project Inputs" dialog box is a very useful tool;
it can create a new FARSITE project,
adds new optional files to an existing FARSITE project,
replaces files, including the Landscape (.LCP) File, in an existing FARSITE project,
temporarily changes a input file using one of the custom editors, if the changes are not Saved, then the file reverts to it's last saved version when the project is closed.
can permanently change a file by using one of the custom editors and clicking the Save button.
Used to review which input files are contained in a project. But expanding the "Simulation Settings" window, which is always open, does this well also.
The "Fire Acceleration" custom editor in the "Project Inputs" dialog box is the only way to change the binary Acceleration (.ACL) File.
Remember that the "Project Inputs" dialog box cannot be used to make changes to the Landscape (.LCP) File. For that, use the commands in the Input > Landscape Utilities menu.
